We purchased one condo in June of 2015 and another when in January of 2016. Dave looked after both properties which included short term vacation and long term rentals during the off season. He made sure that the tenants were met at the condo upon arrival, rent was collected, the bills were paid on time and any problems with the property were dealt with in a timely matter. This included arranging and meeting contractors at the property.
Since we are from Canada it was great to have our two units in Dave’s care, and know they were well looked after. -Barb & Colin Strang
