Dave Collier began his story with Costa Rica in 2010. After traveling around the country and experiencing some of the amazing things Costa Rica has to offer, Dave found his happy place in Playas del Coco. Before the end of Dave’s first trip, he discovered the Pacifico development and decided to buy a beautiful 2 bedroom condo. The gardens, pools, beach club and building structures are five star quality and Dave quickly saw the direction the development would take and grow to be. After seeing the success of his first condo in the vacation rental pool, Dave decided to invest in another condo. Over the past couple of years, Dave has witnessed his own properties and others grow in the development and will only continue to be a huge success as more people continue to travel and explore the beauty of Costa Rica.With a background in Business Administration, Dave has been successfully involved in the booking process, marketing and management of his condos and villas. Over the years he has developed a strong client base that continue to come back every year.
Dave has expanded his love of real estate into the exciting world of home builds. Focusing mainly in the home sites in Pacifico, Dave is working collaboratively with a group of established builders, architects and designers, to create unique and exquisite homes.
Dave is now living full time in Playas del Coco. Managing a wide variety of properties throughout the area and working with an amazing group of people. Our team takes care of all the online bookings for each of the properties, customer service and are on the grounds welcoming and ensuring all of their clients have a positive trip. Dave is friendly, honest, hardworking and dependable will always put the needs of his clients first.
